The screenplay stood out the most, Al Pacino’s vibe for Carlito’s character fit the script.
The train scene was refreshing and held a level of intensity similar to motion picture The Warriors (1979) directed by Walter Hill with a high class gangster twist.

Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson depicted his life through a breathtaking masterpiece.
The transformation of the story from the streets to the music was captivated to the extreme. The timeline was nicely balanced, with a well put together soundtrack.
This solidified a 5 star rating from rare film club.
