  Fun to live in dreamland for the first 30 minutes and a fun movie to look at generally, but otherwise it just felt like I was wading through emotional points that didn’t resonante and a script that went off the rails to somehow end up with a frustrating creator metaphor and an overemphasis on Mattel.

  Shoutout to the Kens’ beatnik dance scene a la Funny Face. That was also pure joy for me.
