  i love love love love love loved it. i don’t think i have ever been so entertained in a single sitting without being distracted. i need every fucking film to get me dancing in my seat at the theater to hyperpop please and thank you.

  glen powell’s character dresses like my father when he’s not at work. in spite of that, i love romcoms and i was entertained for an hour so successful film.

  this film tried way to hard to be self aware about all the high school rom com tropes it included but in doing this, it not only made those tropes incredibly underdeveloped but also have no pay off. also i love a good flawed, unlikable main character but i couldn’t stand paige and rowans acting did not help at all. but like go gays, stan auli’i cravalho and isabella ferreira, and the thought was there i guess but the execution was not.
