  I personally don’t like it as much as the first but it is still very good and there are some areas where it was actually better than the original.

  The main villain was very compelling and good. Though there wasn’t much competition as the first movie didn’t really have a villain.

  There was much less emphasis on the learning aspect of dragons. It was still there but we really were only introduced to four new dragons compared to the originals…

  I decided to rewatch this movie before it was removed from Netflix. I also decided I was gonna see how well it held up compared to modern day.

  Honestly it held up well I can easily see why it is so popular and it being an instant classic. This isn’t even nastolgia talking as an only first saw it sometime last year.

  The score is iconic particularly the welcome to berk intro music.

  My teacher recommended me this movie by showing the beginning in class and I will say what he showed I feel does not accurately describe this movie 

  It’s a si-fi mixed with a western mixed with a musical and it’s just so absurd
