Enjoyed the storyN the songs not too kuch.
At first it looked like the movie was heading down a similar path to the first one. A few jokes were repeated, the beginning plot felt familiar. Then smaller things started to change that made it feel a bit fresher. Some of the jokes were rather Meta, but they hit well and warranted a giggle or two.

Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio 2022
This is not your usual Pinocchio story. It actually turns very dark in some places and is set in a rather un-disney-like time. The style is a bit reminiscent of Kubo and the two strings, and the story is about more than what most know the story of Pinocchio to be.
