Cate Blanchett: hot…gay….problematic…..fantastic performance
I particularly enjoyed seeing Tár not get what she wanted, it was slow and subtle then almost embarrassingly obvious. The cellist was an icon for being “shallow”
The film: too long… not as gay as I had expected which was disappointing… too much running and working out?
The music: banger after banger? But I did not like the weird house/pop music they used for the end credits

That was so everything everywhere all at once.
I think that the lead up to the multiverse reveal was fantastic and the slow to quick building of the absurdity of the situation was great!
Costuming was amazing, editing and camera work in the fight scenes was wonderful, and of course the soundtrack was fantastic - put Clair de lune behind anything and it will transform the scene!
