Starts strong and grips quickly but tries to do too much. So many different allegories are thrown around and it's just confuses the tone throughout. It excels in it's comedic moments but feels let down by the performances. They feel hollow, Jack Quaid is too aware he's an actor and it makes him hard to believe. Sophie Hatcher is the saving grace and is worth watching for her alone.

Please reccomend this film to any of your friends that are spending all their time on character.ai. But a beautiful film for all of us who can provide the best advice to our friends but can't follow it ourselves.
