I like how even with the time-typical jokes of a man being pregnant, the writers ultimately didn’t treat Alex like he was a woman. The writing made it very clear that even though he is carrying Junior, that doesn’t take away that he still is a man and the baby’s father. The message did lose itself however when Diana said that Alex was taking away something that was exclusive to womanhood, but I’m not expecting a movie from the 90s…
