  Not to sound dramatic but this singlehandedly changed my brain chemistry as a kid. It's kinda in a way that throughout my life I've centered most of my animated and illustrated projects around dreams and dreamlike imagery, I'm obsessed with weird dream-exploring RPGmaker games, etc etc. It all comes back to how surreal and inspiring this film is. The parents turning into pigs scene haunted younger me for a long time but nightmares be damned, this is great stuff
