Longlegs 2024
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
Stupendous buildup. At times mesmerizing camera work. A thick atmosphere of stylish dread. Unsettling-as-hell soundtrack.
…..and then possessed dolls end up being the villains?
Sure, Nicolas Cage was great as usual. But can we give it up for Alicia Witt coming outta nowhere with this role? Going from hallmark to this?! Props!
Loved hearing some classic T. Rex tunes!

Twisters 2024
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
Been off the LB for awhile. Why not make a comeback with one of the more disappointing movie experiences I've had in awhile?

Bottoms 2023

Rude Boy 1980
The footage of The Clash is simply spectacular. Especially in the studio recording "Give 'em enough rope". Pretty fascinating stuff. The rest of the movie is a dry, but occasionally quite interesting, arthouse flick about social issues. It's got sort of a 'No-Wave' or early Jim Jarmusch vibe. This didn't need to be over 2 hours, but it's 100% worth a watch for Clash fans.
I also love the repeated use of the instrumental version of 'Revolution Rock' throughout the film.
