  Bennett Miller strikes again. Tatum > Ruffalo > Carell for performances, but these are all GREAT performances. It's the intense wrestling drama that everyone was expecting. Carell is so creepy and fully immersed in his character. Tatum is unlike I've ever seen him.

  I love the Eagles.

  On a second consideration, Foxcatcher grows on the mind. I find the buildup to the closing events to be all the more fascinating than what eventually occurs, but say, if I were to see it again it could be 5/5 and my favorite film of the year. It's certainly Bennett Miller's strongest film.
