Firestarter 1984
Sure, I know this came out in the 80's, and I watched it for the first time in 2022. Sue me. I went into this expecting the genre horror experience. Was this the bar for horror in the 80's? If it weren't for the "mis-genre-ing", I would've given this a higher rating for the great (although borderline pedo) acting, the original story from Stephen King, the amazing special effects for its time, and the cinematography.
