Also this movie came out the same year that Jack Nicholson found out that the person who he thought was his sister was actually his mother.
Art imitates life I guess. I was gripped for most of it.

Wow what an amazing journey. Drama, comedy, intrigue. What else could you want from a movie? The first hour was confusing though, with a bunch of movies inside the movie, hence the -1.5 stars.

Sing Sing 2023
This movie is the most genuine movie I’ve ever seen. It centers the human condition so precisely. Weather it’s the camera inches from the actors face as they stare directly into it like during the audition scene, or the editors choice to hang on Mike Mike’s welled up eyes instead of cutting to Devine speaking, every choice seems to have been made with the intention of peeling back the layers of barriers we all put up.
