This was a movie I would watch probably four times a week when I was younger and it’s way too nastolgic for me to ever notice any fault in it. And the songs are pretty good. “Friends on the Other Side” freaked me out too much when I was younger. But anyways I would never be able to view this movie as bad, even if several people have already tried to prove to me that it might not be too good. NO SIR.

With Cabaret being one of my favorite musicals, I had already loved the music and I knew the choreography would be amazing because Fosse has such distinct and stunning choreography it only left me to wonder what the directing would turn out to be like. It was alright. Definitely not a style I had seen in older movies, that’s for sure. The direction was fine, everything else was great. When directed well, Cabaret is a perfect musical. This was just almost perfect.

    I’m so speechless.

No movie has been more nostalgic to me than The Florida Project. It reminded me of everything I loved when I was younger; ice cream, too much food, “dance parties”, running around, etc. The acting also seemed too real, I wouldn’t have know. It wasn’t a documentary it there wasn’t Willem Dafoe; I recognized no one (except for our friend Willem) and their performances were so perfect.

    “Like in Footloose? The movie?”

“Exactly like Footloose! Is it still the greatest movie in history?”

    “It never was.”

    Avengers: Infinity War

That boy in church who woke up, was terrified of the priest, and then fell back asleep gave the best performance.

In Footloose’s defense, it was the 80s.

    And the song is good.
