A crime investigation thriller drama. The idea of blending the actual story with a film that was released in 1985 is interesting and unique. The concept of solving a murder case that takes place on the set of a cult movie is impressive. Brilliant in terms of writing, with a completely slow-paced narration, yet it works without any major lags. A very well delivered AI work for Mammootty. Anaswara was the soul of the film, and Asif as usual good performance. The film is fresh and never before seen in Indian cinema, with technical brilliance. A must watch!

A very simple storyline, treated with engaging screenplay and brilliant making. Good thrilling elements throughout. Initial establishment of the relationship quite underwhelming. The story picks up once the road journey begins. Exciting sequences back to back. Even without big high moments, the film engaged well. It’s surprising to see top hero like Ajith has chosen to do this genre based film. Good attempt. Arjun and regina impresses highly in their role. Technically top notch.
