There are a lot of little moments and lines that are great but one I really loved was the house call doctor, when being asked to set up an oxygen tent instead of sending the patient to the hospital, causally mentions he's "persona non grata" at all the local medical supply stores.

This is my Avengers Endgame; my event film of the year.
