How do you fix a mistake? By being obsessed with solving that problem to a point that you break things a long the way.
Proof that solid writing and solid voice acting goes a long way.
I give it extra points for the realism of people not always do their right stuff in construction projects, such as delivering a different type of concrete. Too real.
