Match Point 2005
The film gets three stars for being a woody film. Some of the shots actually took my breath away. The star studded cast doesn’t disappoint but the writing fails them. The movie is predictable, lacks originality (which isn’t always an issue for me when it comes to movies but in this case it bothered me.) Had no real expectations going into the film and left with about the same.

Considering this film came out in the late 80s, it was way ahead of its time. It’s easy to see its influence throughout the sci-fi genre in projects that would follow.
The Good:
Taking into account when it was made, the animation is A1.
The Story is interesting and there was plenty going on to keep the viewer engaged.
