The Marvels 2023
If I had known it was going to be this good I would have seen it in theaters. Reviews missed the mark on this one. Severely underrated. I get how people were pulled out of it for some parts on the water planet. But it goes for fun goofy and I think it mostly hit. I bought into the emotional points too. It has a lot more personality than Captain Marvel and a more charismatic performance by Brie Larson. A set in the right direction.

Knives Out 2019
My main issue with this movie is that you spend most of the movie with a solved murder case just to realize in the end that there is more to it. This took away from the thrill and suspense typically inherent in a murder mystery film. It is a let down when you are waiting for the suspence of "who dun it" typically present in the body of a murder mystery just to have it never come. Even the reveal…
