  Promising Young Woman 2020

  Out of all of the films from the past year that proclaim how fucked it can be to exist as a female in our society, Promising Young Woman is screaming the loudest. The blunt delivery of these messages lends itself well for a comedic thrillride, but hampers a lot of what I should have been feeling.

  I love dark themes. I love fucked up characters. I hate this movie and will never watch it again.

  Aronofsky touched a place inside me that I never want another piece of art to go near ever again.
