Incredible. Tense and gripping and moody and assured. This feels like it's going to go to somewhere you've been before but carves a(n X-shaped) path all its own.

Probably did a disservice to myself/the movie watching this on an iPad, but the sound design/score did not disappoint in great headphones.

Comedies are supposed to be funnier, but the performances are all winning. Expected more based on the reactions I had seen, but it’s a perfectly pleasant time.

Hit so many specific notes for me. Easily one of the best new movies I've watched this year — a year of unknowns, of health scares, of mortality, and of fears about the future... and just how short that future could be. My Old Ass manages to not just touch upon all of that and more, in a thoroughly entertaining and funny packagw, but to see it from two distinct points of view that I could deeply empathize with. Highly recommend for humans of all ages.

An absolute masterclass from some of the best to ever do it. Soderbergh in top form. Koepp with clockwork precision. Peter Andrews and Mary Ann Bernard are Soderbergh (and great!).

Everything is beautiful and competent and layered and we just don’t get this enough. There’s one point where I thought it was starting to flag for half a second and then it kicks right back into gear. Love the score. Love the lighting. Can’t wait to watch this again and just marvel at how intentional every single thing you see or hear is.
