I admire Pierce Brosnan's graceful aging. He's 68 years old in this movie and doesn't hide it. The hairline is receding. His wrinkles have wrinkles. But he is as self-assured and magnetic as his James Bond era.
I'm looking forward to seeing Nicholas Galitzine as He-Man.
The rest of this movie is just awful.
Watched this in chunks over the course of a few evenings, and loved every moment. Great performances by the leads. Funny and heartfelt. Even Netflix’s awful new ads couldn’t take away from it.

After all the negative reviews, I was actually surprised by how entertaining *most* of this movie was. Fun Bollywood fare, with some positive messages.
However, when it's bad, it's bad. The Singapore sequences were somewhere between cringeworthy and disturbing.
A small tweak that would have made the film infinitely better? In the end, make it so he doesn't get the girl. Send a clear message that with this kind of behavior, things don't eventually just work out. Sure, have her forgive him and there to be growth in his character, but then make some of the audience learn a lesson, too.
