Every settler needs to watch this film. Everyone who’s ever thought, “it’s complicated”, or “well, both sides….” No. This is one of the most devastating films I will likely ever see.

The Conversation 1974
I can’t give this a proper rating because I almost fell asleep - which was 100% my fault, not on the film, that’s what I get watching a movie on day light savings Sunday - but one thing I really loved is how the man whose life revolves around surveillance is a devout Catholic. Who is God if not history’s first Big Brother? I clocked him when he didn’t kneel to the cross before confession btw. RIP to a legend, I look forward to watching this again when I’m less sleepy.
