This movie was pretty interesting, I am glad I watched it. It’s lowkey just about a deadbeat dad and spoiled girl who are bored. Also the portrayal of Japanese people in some scenes was kinda weird.

Memories of Murder 2003
This is one of my favorite movies I’ve seen. It shows how hard it is to catch a serial killer. You are fully reliant on them making a mistake or you finding their pattern. But they might not make a mistake and can deviate from or abandon their pattern at any time. The futility is shown perfectly in the last scene by the little girl’s description of the killer “He was sort of plain…ordinary”.
This movie also shows how incompetent…
