This one has a different vibe then most of the other BWDTV’s. It doesn’t have the same cast of regulars, with an exception of Johnny Messner, and Bruce seems to be very serious and has a pretty big role in both the movie and storyline. Patrick Muldoon is the lead and he’s just a little too lightheaded to carry this one. Supporting roles by both Matthew Marsden and Michael Devorzon are both pretty solid. Overall, a watchable action movie that if the description or trailer looks at all your cup of tea, you might enjoy it.

Apex 2021
3rd collaboration with writer/director Edward Drake and his best so far. Decent retelling of ‘The Most Dangerous Game’ with a sci-fi spin. This one has Neal McDonough as the headliner who does a very nice job. McDonough has always been good as the bad guy role, and this time, it’s no different. You’ve got some familiar faces with Corey Large and Lochlyn Monro, as well as new newcomer Alecia Fast as hologram West doing a great job especially interacting with…

Things to Do in Denver When You're Dead 1995
I really don’t understand the hate that this movie brings some people. Yeah, it’s clearly inspired by QT and was lumped in with movies trying to emulate Pulp Fiction, but what’s wrong with that? I never received the memo that QT is the only one that is allowed to make these types of movies (QT rules by the way). I don’t get it, it’s well directed, the cast is deep, the story is intriguing, and clearly everyone involved cares about…

Last Looks 2021
An unexpected treat. A good detective noir in the spirit of Zero Effect or more recently The Kid Detective. They don’t make enough of these anymore. Hunnam proves once again that he can carry a movie and Gibson looks like he’s loving every moment he’s hamming it up. Strong supporting cast and overall well done. Hope that’s not the end of Hunnam’s detective Waldo and we get another one. Give it a watch, you won’t be sorry.
