  Five Nights at Freddy's is not a particularly great movie but it does feel like it was made by a bunch of people who were like, "hey, let's make a movie because we care about this world and it'll be fun to see it alive," and the movie succeeds on that energy. I wouldn't go into this one expecting anything perfect, but sometimes it is nice when a movie comes along that is imperfect and it doesn't try to pretend it's perfect. It's just fun. So it doesn't get an amazing rating but it definitely gets a recommendation.

  The Amazing Spider-Man 2 2014

  Made me feel something which is more than I can say about some of the other takes. Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone go off in this one. But the green goblin guy seems to know he's a villain way too early and cgi jamie foxx is distracting which makes those parts hard. Underrated I think.
