Not as sad/heavy as I assumed it to be. Grieving the dead, but also discovering sides to them unknown to you when they were alive, sides that you aren't most proud of... how does one deal with that?
In a scene from the film, the Indian flag is being hoisted at the Republic Day celebration inside a school where the chief guest is giving a speech “Hum sab ek hai” (we’re all the same/equal). In a parallel street, a man whose son is denied admission in the very same school, is being beaten because he touched the tea glass reserved only for the “upper” caste.
