  Pretty poor 1950s sci fi / atomic creature film; awful script, unconvincing premise, lame love story, awful acting & only Ray Harryhausen providing any real quality. But it still has a certain charm & I have a soft spot for these films but even so it barely scrapes 5/10.

  An audacious single take of a film where Stephen Graham plays the head chef at an upmarket restaurant but who has his fair share of issues outside of work which affect his ability to do his job. Brilliantly directed & filmed with solid acting throughout, this is a cracking film.

  My first job was a paper round (youngsters wont know what that means :rotfl:) & then picking tomatoes on local farms in the summer holidays in Southport, then my first grown-up job…
