Hell yeah Wes Anderson.
Always makes a film look like the most high budget practical stage performance ever, it’s colourful, quirky and oddly peculiar.
It’s just a satisfying watch and textbook Wes Anderson, which hits the spot for me.

“How can I heal if can’t feel time?”
The most grounded Nolan film I’ve seen. Which does not mean you can sit back and not think.
I’d say seeing this after watching his more recent works first, is a breath of fresh air in a way, you can see Nolan’s touch but it’s simple (to his standard at least) and its originality charms you.
It’s also got Carrie-Anne Moss which is a win in my books.
Netflix adaptation of an another Witcher story, hence why it’s shallow and they wash away the whole sentiment of what the story is really about.
I can remember imagining the depiction of this story in greater depth…
Another meh of witcherness…again.
I think I benefit from not being a massive horror fan as I feel this film isn’t exactly trying to be anything new and….isn’t exactly scary. Though exorcisms are always a little bit fun.
Russel Crowe makes this film, without him, it goes straight down to hell.
