Would love for Ryan gosling to show up and be like “we’re all just drivers. Leave us alone.” Nice finish there with Bruce dern literally left holding the bag.
Isabelle adjani did this is 78, nosferatu in 79, and possession in 81. Good gawd what kinda range she was showing. Would love to hear what that run was like.

King of the Walter Hill pt. 5:
A tragedy about the males fight against modernity.
Carradines v. quails. Cinematic siblings ftw
Ry Cooder can do no wrong.
The tough guy characters aren’t as strong in this one. Feel like the period takes away from his style.
Really nice setup for a character change with the love interest but just never delivers.
Love the wipe cuts, more cinematic modernity.
Randy quaid as my middle namesake was pretty cool.
Just makes me want to watch assassination of Jesse James again.
A wild ride. Demons takes it to 10 from the beginning and doesn’t let off the gas even through the beautiful end.
Don’t go into this one looking for reason, go into this one embracing the chaos. Finishes off with a nice reminder that no matter how horrific and scary the movies can be, real life is waiting outside with even more.
Wonderful use of motorcycles, katanas, and helicopters.
My first YouTube rental did not disappoint. Extra points for the spinal tap reference by the doctor at the beginning.
