I really had no idea what to expect going into this movie and I was pleasantly surprised. Didn’t think it would be a monster movie at its core but still managed to maintain a thriller/drama feel. Would recommend anyone to watch this as its a compelling and more creative watch than recent films in this genre.

Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood 2019

I was late watching this one because I had met so many people with mixed thoughts on it. Honestly, it fails in so many ways. Other than it being entertaining to see Brad Pitt and Leo running around 1960's Hollywood doing they're thing, it had no clear direction. Uncharacteristically for Tarintino, it didn't have an endgame. It's just watching and waiting for something meaningful to happen and it never really comes. The last 20 minutes were kind of entertaining but could not salvage the revolving door of snoozefest I found the first 2 hours to be.
