Heart Eyes 2025
This was a pleasant surprise, didn’t watch the trailer going in and had a blast watching this. A movie that doesn’t take itself too serious with some really funny gags and great slasher kills. “Don’t let him go to his best friends wedding and fuck a bridesmaid, move to knotting hill, seriously it’s crazy stupid love… actually.”

Captain America: Brave New World 2025
The plot was lacking something and the reshoots definitely changed the story but all in I still had a fun time watching this. Anthony Mackey proves he can carry the shield and I look forward to him in the next avengers. I think this was a step above the recent marvel projects which doesn’t mean much these days but if you go in with no agenda you’ll enjoy it.

The Prestige 2006
This was a rewatch, but this one of Nolan’s more underrated movies that I feel like gets lost in his incredible list of movies. Knowing the “prestige” of the trick they hint at it the whole movie which is fun to see, but Jackman and Bale are great together constantly trying to one up each other and win the competition of best magician.
