  Watched this w my mom (at her suggestion). Some quotes from our screening:

   *syringe goes into the egg* “ohhh this is going to be gross isn’t it?”

  “Why did I want to watch this?”

  “This is so gross”

  “This is so David Cronenberg! Did he write this?” (Repeated at least 4 times throughout the screening)

  Then the last 30 minutes was just her going “how is this not over yet?” after every scene. All valid points and critiques imo.

  This film is pulp. Do not be fooled. This is pure pulp and it is incredibly entertaining. I love their little hats.
