An absolutely devastating, bone-chilling portrait of an immigrant. Even though 3.5 hours is a long watch, it had my undivided attention. A perfect example of the power of cinema in telling valuable stories; revealing harsh truths to the broader public.

Kinda stuck trying to rate this movie.
When I think about the plot, it was so foreseeable. At the same time, I didn’t even foresee the plot while watching the movie till the last minute...? So now I’m not sure if that’s just my stupid fault or if the movie was just really good.
