This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
War is hell, I can see that now. Just the transformation of Floreyas face throughout the film alone is enough to crush but on top of that, we are given a front row and literal POV shots of every moment that breaks him down more. We can see him try and push through to maintain a sense of duty and identity but by the end the end of the film it's clear he's been broken down to a shell of a human with little nothing chaining him to his past or his own self at all.
