Sad to see such torn writing, the eternal pressure of big productions leading a room of authors to be obliterated into chimes of predictable tropes. Flimsy and RINSED Trump + Brigitte Macron message, the unbearable shonen tone of Robert Pattinson, the weird Challengers infection in the script and to finish it all off, a very lukewarm imagery that refuses to explore any sort of plastic possibilities beyond what serves the commercial rhythm.

Nice movie to watch before going to school, going into a workshop, before doing anything with others and their annoying otherness. It’s a crafty and actually a little scary movie. Great to fall asleep to. Beautiful macro shots of ants without it getting too documentary-like.

However a lot of great ideas in there, the acid…

Ate a kinder bar halfway thru and it was a mistake because this movie obviously doesn’t taste like chocolate.

But lovely watch, digestible and it felt quite encouraging to see someone wake up and first things first it’s the music.

My grandad gave me a book of all of Dylan’s lyrics right before passing, and there’s something quite mystical with those lyrics like I can’t access them. I love the words but somehow don’t connect it all - there’s some…
