    Denzel in this universe makes it worth your while 🐐

    Not saying this is Denzel in prime form, but this movie made me realize how much I missed seeing him go to work! I came into Gladiator 2 thinking it was yet another sequel trying to milk everything it can out of an IP… it was.     After processing, I started to get a feeling that Robert Eggers is slightly overhyped. But then I came back to my senses. He is a great director with a clear fingerprint and vision for ambience.
