Bong Joon Ho's follow up to Parasite doesn't hit the highs his Best-Picture predecessor, but a fun premise and expert performance from Robert Pattinson makes this a fun and charming enough film in its own right.

Sonic the Hedgehog 3 2024
Sonic's third film outing is filled with jokes that don't always land and writing that isn't particularly strong, but if for those who enjoyed the previous two entries or are fans of the source material, Sonic the Hedgehog 3 is a fun enough watch with some fan-service thrown in.

Oppenheimer 2023
On a technical level, Oppenheimer is one of Nolan's absolute best with him going full out on an audio/visual level, but as is common with his films, there is some disconnect with the actual story being told and how cold and matter of fact it is, especially given the constant jumping around of scenes every few seconds that doesn't allow a lot of important moments to sit.
