  Should I get a framed still of that title card on my wall at the risk of my fiancé going full deadite on my ass? Hell yes.

  Cronin's able to walk the fine line between easter eggs galore and original thrills better than Marvel ever has. This new addition to the franchise will have any Evil Dead fan squirming with pleasure, disgust, suspense and fear. Just like it should be.

  Also can we cast Alyssa Sutherland as the next joker?

  Manages to remain true to the style of the original while still adding a new challenge for Rocky to overcome. You'd think it'd be getting his face caved in by the world champion for the second time, but no, it's adult life.

  I feel you Rocky, I really do.

  McDonagh on top form. A perfect representation of the civil war in Ireland, or any war dare I say, where people to this day continue to fight and destroy themselves for no good reason, for wrongs long forgotten, for unjustifiable causes, all to cope with the deep seated despair that is the human experience.

  Is it inevitable? Is being nice not enough? Is humanity doomed to self-mutilation? At least, McDonagh proves that in despair there is comedy.
