    less of a thriller than I was expecting (at least for hitchcock standards) and more of a really frustrating portrait of a broken system and how it irreparably breaks down individuals with no rhyme or reason and no catharsis. harrowing stuff, fitting for his only film based on a true story.

    alternatively, a movie confirming that all white people DO in fact look alike. 

    also, if someone told me to pray when this shit was happening to me, I would have a nuclear level crash out.
