This is more for my sake than others. I wanna remember my thoughts.
Rating: half a ⭐️ is 10% (ie. 2.5⭐️= 50% or C~ movie)
If I had a nickel for every time a grandson was named after Steve Martins character, I’d have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it happened twice. A better movie than I thought it’d be. Owen Wilson, Jack Black, and Steve Martin are such a weird combo, but I loved it
Bird Watch: *No pictures on wall or sticker, not the intro with Bostick on the map, not faded birds in Big Year intro, no on…

Enjoyable horror movie. Creative story, good acting and cinematography. All this could’ve been avoided if Sue just apologized and invited Carrie to join her and bf to prom instead

My initial thought was how surprised I was to see Hailee Steinfeld. My second thought was “Wow she can sing, huh?” Snoop Dogg and Barry was in this, that was kinda cool. Becca and Chloe being pretty gay in this movie was something too I guess. The Accapella off was kinda cool I guess.

The acting, cinematography, and story was all fine. The life of Johnny Cash just seemed so boring to me. Like it was nice to learn about him, like his addiction to drugs and his bitch wife, but it was boring. I didn’t know any Johnny Cash songs before and will forget them later. I did know about him performing in a prison though. Would not watch again willingly

I can kinda see where they were going for with this artsy kinda movie, but it wasn’t well executed. The story was kinda fine and the acting was ok, but I feel like overall, it was missing something idk. We were literally just watching this for Nic Cage, who knew he directed this and wouldn’t appear till the end
