  I feel like I've seen more climbing films than I've had hot dinners but this one knocked it outta the park. What an experience, so astonishingly well shot!
  I truely appreciated the way they portrayed Honnold, you get a much more true to form intimate picture.

  It's refreshing to see a film that is so genuinely scary yet doesn't rely on gore to convey this.

  The power, as is usually the case with him, is in Kubricks ability to create an experience that manipulates the viewer visually, audibly and more importantly mentally. The combination is something incredibly powerful.
