Listen, I know some people think the gore shots are done poorly and as shock value. But I mean, it's a horror movie about a murderous Swedish cult. There's gonna be some gore. Maybe just don't be a pussy?
I think this is my favorite modern horror movie. Florence Pugh is incredible. The staggering contrast of the subject matter and the bright, cheery visuals truly rocked my shit. Somehow had me rooting her on for choosing to have Christien burned alive at the end despite knowing it's fucked up and BAD.
I could watch this a million times I think.
