  Fantastic.
  Kieran Culkin is ridiculously good in this.
  But the whole film was just fantastic.

  This was fantastic.
  Gothic and sexy and horrible (and it did this all at the same time).
  Stellar performances all round with Willem Dafoe just having a vibey time.
  Lily Rose Depp is also fantastic and Nicholas Hoult looked absolutely terrified in a deeply troubling way through the entire film.

  It's a film that juggles alot of heavy themes. But in a way that can get under multiple different people skin for completely different reasons.

  Proves that message films can still have a tremendous amount of fun.
  Ridiculous how good demi Moore is in this.
  Dennis quaid made me want to throw up.
  And the guy in front of me in the cinema stank of piss.

  The Holdovers 2023

  "Can't even dream a whole dream, can you?"
  This was lovely. It was everything I wanted it to be.
  It's a very warm film in spite or perhaps because of the cold setting. We see icy exteriors thaw. And we see sad bitter people try to smile.
  We were robbed of this at Christmas in the UK.

  There are some silent scenes here just relying on the sheer strength of the main three cast and they're all brilliant.
