  a smörgåsbord of…shit.

  too many ideas, not enough there.

  had a chance…was super intrigued with the questions the opening premise creates. but not a single one of those questions was investigated.

  i’m generally not a fan of saying I wish I saw a different type of film/plot instead of what was presented — the plot presented should be judged as is.

  but there’s times it’s unavoidable. the socioeconomic, emotional, cultural questions that are presented at the beginning are pushed aside in favor of the entire hong chau plot line.

  huh??
