One of my favorite movies from childhood was Spaceballs, a movie that features both Bill Pullman and a reality breaking video tape. It was even made by David Lynch's good twin, Mel Brooks.
You might think that's a coincidence but it makes as much sense as anything in this movie.
I'm calling it early, this is the craziest thing David Lynch ever made.
For some reason I kept thinking about John Waters while watching this. I know Waters is a fan of Lynch and this feels like a collaboration even if Waters had nothing to do with it. Then I thought about what a Lynch/Waters movie would be and I was horrified. Levels of perverted insanity yet unseen.
