I'm rewatching all of Last Airbender/Korra for the twentieth anniversary. So some sick part of me decided to revist the nadir.

The thing I learned from rewatching the series is how 'cinematic' it is for a Saturday morning cartoon. So making it into a movie shouldn't have been that hard. You failed an open book test M. Night.

Everyone: 'This movie sucks.'
Me: 'Time for the Gareth Edwards Defender to log on.' 😎
Me: *actually watches movie*
Me: 'The Gareth Edwards Defender is logging off. Perhaps for good.'

I swear to Christ if this movie wins one Oscar I will never watch a movie ever again.

Most insane second half to a movie I've seen in a long time. Was laughing my ass off but also deeply stressed. Wild and perfect mix of emotions. Fantastic stuff.

It's so wrong on so many levels but the funniest thing is Todd Phillips being so tortured by Joker he needed to kill him in the most overwrought fashion possible.

Like sir you are not Thomas Harris and this is not Hannibal Lecter. You made The Hangover 3 and this is an 80 year old Batman villain.

Anyone who was disturbed by the first movie should not be allowed to vote.

I've heard people say in recent years that can't empathize with Clark because not having enough money to put in a pool is a rich people problem.

I disagree with that because Mr. Shirley was actively fucking all of the employees, not just Clark. And he only set things right after being kidnapped by Cousin Eddie.

So really the true meaning of Christmas (all the way back to A Christmas Carol) is that to make your dreams come true, you need to terrorize the managerial class.

And that's just wonderful.
