  Thiiiiis is fucking terrible and exploitive and I just hate it. How the flying fuck are you gonna do a 180 in the third act and then use child molestation as the big “gotcha”?????? Fucking hate this movie

  I want to love this sooooo badly, but it abandons its central conceit 20 minutes in, and then does nothing else but paint its portrait of a basic coming-of-age tale with a lesson on living without regrets by the numbers. It’s not bad by any means, but it’s so incredibly forgettable, and that’s a shame
