Kraven the Hunter 2024
A really rough movie. The acting is so terrible and I don’t know if it’s the actors fault. While I appreciate story building at the beginning it was really poorly done. I had so many leftover questions about powers and connections between people. Either way, the violence and fight scenes were gross and I can appreciate the creativity in that.

I’m glad I got around to watching this. While I’m not Jane Austen’s biggest fan, I can deeply appreciate the stories she crafted that shaped romance as a genre. I think this movie did a really beautiful job of not only telling the story of Emma but giving it a new life.
I really enjoyed the visuals in the movie. The set design and overall colors were so beautiful. Costuming was so great. Shout out to Johnny Flynn who I remember watching on YouTube in 2008-2010.

A very interesting movie to watch. Visually there is so much to observe and take in. The lighting and definite pink tones when Owen is realizing his true self on screen is really cool. I feel like I need to take a college class on this movie alone.

The End We Start From 2023
I thought this was visually a beautiful movie to watch. A truly heartbreaking story on motherhood and survival instinct. I think what I was missing was the last push for an emotive ending. The story felt so drawn out and unrealistic.
Jodie Comer is always an amazing actress and this movie really showed a more desperate and empathic side to her ability. I loved seeing the constant theme of water (visually) being the saving grace and destruction to life in this story.
