Roadrunner: A Film About Anthony Bourdain 2021
loved the first half, which felt like it really captured the early & enigmatic days of Tony.
hated the second half, which felt gross and exploitative and more about Asia Argento than the documentary’s subject.
I love and miss Anthony Bourdain. He was a deeply complicated person, but at his core was so much curiosity and a bone-deep goodness. I wish this doc did a better job of capturing that.
